Purge The Poison-MARINA review

 

Today I’m reviewing ‘Purge The Poison’ by MARINA ! 

I’ve listened to a few of MARINA’s albums in the past and I really liked them so when I heard she came out with a new single from her new album I was super excited!!!

‘Purge The Poison’ is a single from MARINA’s new album ‘Ancient Dreams In A Modern Land’ that comes out on June 11th.You may have already heard some of her other songs that are popular like ‘Bubblegum Bitch’,‘Primadonna’ or ‘Lonely Hearts Club’

The chorus is sung from the perspective of the Earth/Mother Nature which I think is interesting and the song itself is about purging the badness of humanity and making the world a better place.

This song reminded me a lot of her other songs from the album ‘Electra Heart’ ! It has the same pop vibes and it was super catchy too.MARINA’s striking vocals also added an amazing uniqueness to the song.

Overall I give this song 7/10 slices!!! This song was really good although I didn’t like it as much as some of MARINA’s other songs but I can’t wait to listen to the full album!
