It’s So Nice Outside-Deafpony review
Recently a super nice follower of mine suggested that I check out a band called Deafpony so I did!
Deafpony is a 3 person indie rock band from London that was started in 2020.
I wasn’t sure which song to listen to but I figured I’d start at the beginning and listen to the first song they ever posted which is called ‘It’s So Nice Outside’.
On their Instagram Deafpony said this song was written in lockdown and it’s about coming to terms with your mental health problems and also falling in love with your best friend.
Right off the bat I was mesmerized by the beautiful summery scenery of the music video that paired really nicely with the calming yet melancholy lyrics.
This song reminded me a lot of ‘Cherry Wine’ by Hozier and just Hozier in general which is a good thing in my opinion because Hozier makes super rad music.
Overall I give this song an 8/10,it was beautiful,sweet and perfect to listen to on a beautiful day.
