Saccharine-Pinkshift review

 

I was on Spotify listening to their Punk Unleashed playlist when I heard a song called ‘I’m Going To Tell My Therapist On You’ by Pinkshift.It was really good and I’ve been trying to listen to more punk rock bands so I figured why not check them out! And I’m so glad I did!

Pinkshift is a emerging punk rock band from Baltimore and today I’m going to review their 5 track EP ‘Saccharine’ which recently came out!

The EP was awesome.All of the songs gave off 90’s grunge vibes and had super angsty lyrics. Not to mention all of the songs on the EP made me feel super badass when I listened to them.

All of it was so good that it was hard to pick a favorite and a close second was ‘On Thin Ice’ but my favorite track from the EP was ‘Rainwalk’ ! The song kind of sounds like an anime intro in the beginning and the lyrics were super edgy and I totally dig it!!!

Overall I give this EP 9/10 slices! If you like bands like Set It Off and Riot Grrrl then you’ll definitely like them. They also just came out with a music video for their song ‘Mars’ which you can watch. Please go and check them out,they deserve way more subscribers and followers.
